Rules for Clubs and Organizations
Article I. Criteria for Establishing or Maintaining a Club/Organization
 
A. Requirements
1. All Tivoli Lakes recognized clubs/organizations shall be open to any Tivoli Lakes resident who wishes to participate in the club’s activities and meetings.
2. The minimum number of resident members that shall constitute a club/organization is ten (10).
3. All officers of a Tivoli Lakes recognized club must be residents of Tivoli Lakes. This does not apply to Tivoli Lakes recognized organizations.

4. All Tivoli Lakes recognized clubs/organizations should have a membership roster. Each recognized club/organization shall provide the Property Manager with the names of the officers of the club/organization on an annual basis, plus the names of other members who are residents, to a total of at least ten.
5. All Tivoli Lakes recognized clubs/organizations must have by-laws. Club/organization by-laws will include a “statement of purpose.” This statement will indicate the Club’s objectives. The by-laws will also include provisions for officer elections and operating functions. Officers must be Tivoli Lakes residents.
6. A copy of the club’s by-laws will be submitted along with the application to form a new recognized club/organization.
