PRIVATE PARTY RESERVATION FORM
  • Two separate checks must be brought in before the form will be considered for approval, one for the $250 Room Rental Fee (non-refundable) & one for the $250 Security Deposit (refundable). Both made out to TLHOA.
  • The maximum seating in the Social Hall without the podium or tables on the main floor is 300. The maximum seating around the tables is 180.
  • If outside vendors are being used, then a Vendor Liability Release Form (click here) must be submitted along with the Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the HOA as additionally insured.
  • The rental of the Social Hall does not include the use of the AV Equipment
  • If you submit the form online, then you will get an email back stating the decision.
  • This form will be printed and signed by the Board for our records in the office.
