Two separate checks must be brought in before the form will be considered for approval, one for the $250 Room Rental Fee (non-refundable) & one for the $250 Security Deposit (refundable). Both made out to TLHOA.
The maximum seating in the Social Hall without the podium or tables on the main floor is 300. The maximum seating around the tables is 180.
If outside vendors are being used, then a Vendor Liability Release Form (click here) must be submitted along with the Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the HOA as additionally insured.
The rental of the Social Hall does not include the use of the AV Equipment
If you submit the form online, then you will get an email back stating the decision.
This form will be printed and signed by the Board for our records in the office.
